Monica Delancy of the We Thrive in Riverside Renters Association submitted the following announcement about a networking event in South Cobb:

In the spirit of MLK weekend, there will be a civic engagement network pop up at the Riverside EpiCenter 135 Riverside Parkway, Austell, Georgia on Sunday, January 14th 4 pm to 6 pm. This will provide an opportunity for civic organizations to share about their group and meet with community stakeholders and residents. This will be an informal event, just networking. Please invite members from your organization to attend, wear your organization shirts and be ready to brag about your organization to recruit members.
Or if you are a resident or new to the area and looking for ways to get involved in the community  the pop-up  is a great way to connect. The civic engagement pop up is hosted by SOCO fellowship and We Thrive in Riverside Renters Association. Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided. Remember we will be in the lobby at the Riverside EpiCenter 4pm to 6pm on Sunday January 14th, 2018. Please share.
