Avid community volunteer Barry Krebs submitted the following report with photos about the City of Austell’s National Night Out:
We appreciate the City of Austell for hosting their National Night Out to celebrate our brave first responders including the, Austell Police Dept, Austell Fire Dept, Cobb County Sheriff’s Dept, EMS and others who keep us
safe at Legion Field Park. There was lots of entertainment, food, music and fun for everyone to enjoy. In addition, we got a chance to hear from and engage with Mayor Clemons, the Austell City Council, Austell Dept Heads and Commissioner Chairwoman Cupid who also led a line dance. Local businesses and community civic organization were also on hand to meet with attendees.
A special “thank you” goes out to Quintasha Swanson for all her hard work in making the event a huge success.
