Two people are dead in what’s being called a murder-suicide in Cobb County.
Cobb police spokesperson E.D. Smith says someone called police to Milford Church Road Sunday morning on the report of someone shot. Officers found an adult woman and her young daughter, both of whom suffered a gunshot wound from within her vehicle. Both were beyond lifesaving measures, police say,
A person who knew the family told Fox5 News that the woman who allegedly pulled the trigger had been having significant family financial struggles. They say the daughter was 2 years old. Police say there are no suspects outstanding in the case and that their investigation is ongoing.
