Avid community volunteer Barry Krebs submitted the following report with photos about Boy Scout Troop 22’s latest cleanup on their adopted portion of Cooper Lake Road:
Boys Scout Troop # 22 conducted their quarterly litter cleanup of their adopted Cooper Lake Road on Sunday late afternoon.
Troop Leader Kelly brought lots of new and exciting snacks to give as prizes for the most unusual, largest, coolest and grossest items found during the cleanup. She had plenty of goodies for everyone. Boy Scout Troop # 22 knows how to have fun while improving our community.
If you or your youth group are interested in adopting a mile, please contact Dawn at keepcobbbeautiful@cobbcounty.org to learn more. She will supply you with the signage and supplies.
