This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight…

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible through this

afternoon and into tonight across much of north and central

Georgia. Some storms could become strong to isolated severe with

strong to damaging wind gusts, frequent lightning, and heavy

rainfall as the main threats.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday…

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible each afternoon and

evening across much of the forecast area this week. Isolated

storms could become strong, capable of producing gusty winds and

frequent lightning. Heavy rainfall associated with these storms

could also lead to localized flash flooding.
