The Friends of Socktown along with help from Belt Power Corp and the Lions
Club removed 7 bags of litter from their adopted section of Old Alabama Road
as well as 15 bags of litter from unadopted Cardell Road. We also cleaned
up parts of South Gordon Rd for a total of 33 bags. The weather warmed up
as we got some exercise walking and cleaning. If any HOA on Cardell Road is tired of seeing the litter, we have an
adopt-a-mile program whereby you get a sign on each side of your mile
acknowledging your contribution to the community. When you fill out the
application and send it to Dawn at keepcobbbeautiful@cobbcounty.gov , she
will provide you with the supplies.
