Preliminary information indicates that at approximately 6:20 p.m., Kennesaw PD officers were dispatched to 2629 Lone Oak Trail, Kennesaw, GA to conduct a welfare check. Upon arriving at the residence and meeting with the occupants, Kennesaw PD encountered a male occupant, identified as Robert Thrash, 31, in the basement with an object in his hands.
