7:12 AM UPDATE
Audrey Sydnor located safely! A Marietta Officer spotted Audrey walking in the area near the intersection of Bells Ferry Road and Cobb Parkway North just before 7:00 AM. She is safe and has been reunited with her friends at the assisted living facility. Special thanks to everyone who helped share the alert overnight!
Officer Chuck McPhilamy of the Marietta Police Department distributed the following public information release asking for the public’s help in locating Audrey Sydnor, who went missing from an assisted living facility:
“Seventy-Five-year-old Audrey Sydnor, recent photo attached, was last seen around 6:00 PM Monday March 6, 2023.
“She lives in a private assisted living facility at 532 Dickson Road and likes to walk in the area near the intersection of Dickson Road and Canton Road.
“It is typical for her to walk to stores in the surrounding area during the day. She does have medical conditions that put her at risk and has always returned to the home in the past.
“Audrey was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt with “Miami Florida” on it, jeans, black tennis shoes and had a black leather backpack.
“Anyone with information about her location is urged to call 911 immediately.”
