The Cobb County Public Library distributed the following announcement about its new magazine:
Cobb County Public Library is turning the page on community connection with the launch of Cobb Library Magazine.
The new publication offers readers a curated look inside Cobb Libraries, highlighting the people, programs, resources, and stories that demonstrate the library’s impact throughout the community. The inaugural Fall/Winter 2026 issue is the first of three issues planned and is now available at all 15 Cobb County Public Library locations and various Cobb County facilities, expanding access to the publication across the community.
The magazine offers a tangible window into the library system while highlighting its community impact, digital innovation, and events. More than an event guide, Cobb Library Magazine tells the stories behind the library’s work and the people it serves. The publication reflects experiences library staff witness every day—from local artists sharing their creativity, small businesses partnering with the library, to families finding technology, connection, and support.
Cobb Library partnered with LPi, a national publishing and communications company, to produce Cobb Library Magazine. This collaboration also created advertising opportunities for Cobb County businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community partners.
The inaugural issue features several Library PERKS Partners—local businesses that offer special discounts and benefits to Cobb Library cardholders—as advertisers, further connecting the library’s community initiatives with the local organizations that serve Cobb residents.

The publication is centered around three themes that reflect the evolving role of the modern public library: Access + Impact + Innovation.

With three editions planned for the year, each issue of Cobb Library Magazine will provide a fresh opportunity to discover what is happening throughout the library system while sharing the impactful stories of the people and partnerships behind the work.
