The Senior Citizens Council of Cobb County will hold a free information session on Medicare updates for 2027 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the RedBud Blossom Family Justice Center, 277 Fairground St. NE in Marietta.
THE EVENT IS FREE BUT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
Wanda Caraballo, a licensed benefits adviser, will discuss Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, including coverage, costs and how the parts work together. Other topics include prescription drug plans and formularies, avoiding unexpected expenses, additional benefits participants may qualify for and common mistakes.
The session will include time for questions, and refreshments will be provided. Space is limited, and registration is required. Participants can register online.
