Members of the progressive group Indivisible Cobb-along with friends and supporters-will march through East Cobb Saturday and then vote as they urge fellow Cobb Countians to do the same.
The rally and sidewalk trek is part of No Kings 4-a nationwide protest against the attempted subversion of democracy that is expected to draw millions of people across the country.
The local Indivisible group will gather at 1 p.m. at the corner of Roswell and Johnson Ferry roads. Following a rally, they’ll take to the sidewalks for a 2-mile journey to the East Cobb Government Service Center on Lower Roswell Road. The marchers will then vote en masse.
