Two suspects are in custody in connection with an overnight homicide in Kennesaw.
According to a public information release from Officer David Buchanan of the Kennesaw Police Department, police were dispatched to the 2600 block of McGuire Drive just after midnight early this morning after receiving a report of gunfire. On arriving, they found evidence of gunfire on the roadway.

Kennesaw/Acworth 911 received word that a gunshot victim had arrived at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. The victim died of the wounds.
Two subjects were arrested. Both were charged with intent to distribute, possession of counterfeit substance, 2 counts of murder during the commission of a felony, and aggravated assault.
