Acworth, Ga. — Acworth residents looking for locally-grown fruits, vegetables and other homemade produce can find them at the City of Acworth Farmers Market, which will start Friday, April 7 and continue throughout the summer and fall.
The market will feature a variety of produce, dairy products, baked goods and homemade honey and jams, and the Acworth Parks and Recreation and Community Resource Department said that the selection this year is bigger and more varied than ever before.
The market will take place every Friday morning in April and will continue until Friday, Oct. 27, in the Main Street parking lot of Acworth First Baptist Church. To sign up as a vendor or to find more information, visit the City of Acworth Parks and Recreation website.
