Marietta State of the City address will be livestreamed

The Marietta ‘State of the City’ address, to be delivered by Mayor Steve Tumlin on Wednesday August 5 between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., will be livestreamed on the City of Marietta’s official Facebook page. The video will begin at noon, and then be available for viewing at any time.

The address will be held at a joint meeting of the Cobb Chamber’s Marietta Area Council and the Rotary Club of Marietta Luncheon. The luncheon will be held at the Hilton Conference Center located at 500 Powder Springs Street Marietta, GA 30064.

The news release for the event states:

City Departments and personnel will have displays and information available both before and after the State of the City Address. Seating in the luncheon will be limited to maintain social distancing due to COVID-19.
