The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook for  Cobb County and other parts of north and central Georgia for the morning of Wednesday April 3.

The line of thunderstorms that entered the region yesterday will continue through the morning, giving way to clear skies later in the day.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight…

A line of showers and thunderstorms will continue to move through

portions of central Georgia early this morning. A Tornado Watch

remains in effect for portions of east central Georgia through

8AM. Damaging wind gusts, brief tornadoes, and large hail will be

the primary severe weather hazards.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday…

Areas of frost are possible across portions of north Georgia

Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings. The potential for frost is

highest north of the Interstate 20 corridor.
