Cobb COVID Report February 9: Cases and hospitalizations down, deaths up

There is still a general downward direction in COVID cases and hospitalizations in Cobb, but the CDC 7-day report showed a 21.43 percent rise in deaths, with 34 deaths in the county over the past week.
