Afternoon rains and thunderstorms forecast for Cobb with possible flooding Thursday and Friday

The National Weather Service forecasts mostly cloudy skies here in Cobb County on Wednesday May 25 followed by an increasing chance of thunderstorms during the afternoon, and a high in the upper 70s. The NWS has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the county and much of the rest of north Georgia, including the possibility of flooding on Thursday and Friday.
