With the National Weather Service predicting an overnight low of 31 degrees, the Hope House warming shelter, a project of MUST Ministries, will be open for those in need of shelter this evening. It will remain open each evening through January 4, 2024.
The county issued a press release explaining the details (excerpt reprinted below):
Winter warming shelter services are available for men, women, and children. We ask that individuals needing the winter weather shelter services be present by 8:00 p.m. each night. The Hope House shelter is at 1297 Bells Ferry Road, Marietta, GA 30066.
Cobb County is partnering with MUST Ministries to provide transportation to individuals needing winter warming shelter services.
