Avid community volunteer Barry Krebs submitted the following report with photos about a litter cleanup on Queen Mill Road
Queen Mill Neighbors along with help from the City of Mableton
Sustainability, Mableton Improvement Coalition, Leland Quest United
Methodist Church, South Cobb Lions Club and the Friends Of Mableton removed
20 bags of litter from their newly adopted two miles of Queen Mill Road and
5 bags of litter from Ivey Road. The cleanup went quickly as we enjoyed
each other’s company.
If you or your neighborhood group is interested in adopting a mile, please
reach out to Dawn at Keepcobbbeautiful@cobbcounty.gov . She will furnish
you with the supplies and signage.
