According to a public information release from the Cobb County Police Department a bank robbery took place on Windy Hill Road yesterday at 4:40 p.m.

Investigators with the Crimes Against Persons Unit report that a white male entered a Wells Fargo bank branch and presented a note demanding money. An undisclosed amount of cash was given to the suspect and the suspect fled the scene.

The suspect is described as “a white male, approximately 40-50 years old, wearing a ball cap and glasses.”
